Adler Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd in India seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, supervise packing lines, and ensure safety and quality targets are met.

You will coordinate with maintenance, manage manpower, train operators, and drive productivity with minimal waste while maintaining adherence to predefined procedures across shifts. Strong leadership, problem solving, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a production plant, preferably FMCG/consumer goods.
• Ability to manage shop floor, control losses and improve efficiency.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, inventory and process stewardship.

Responsabilités

• Effective execution of Production Planning to actual production.
• Managing packing lines of different pack varieties with all kinds of manpower (Skilled & Unskilled).
• Coordinating with maintenance department to resolve problems in production equipment and packing lines.
• Minimizing RM & PM losses during production
• Online Product Quality check.
• Manpower & Time Management
• Training to new Executives, Operators & Helpers.
• Maximize production by minimizing wastage.
• Maintaining productivity as per target by minimum manpower utilization
• Facilitate teamwork and help build an effective work relationship with other shifts.
• Monitoring of all production and packing related CCPs & recording as per predefined procedures.
• Providing all Safety Related training & hygiene related training in plant to new person & also maintaining the same on strictly basis.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Supervise and monitor given production lines, control on losses and improve machine efficiency and productivity.
• Control on production activities and can take decision for critical situation.
• Relevant experience in handling a plant with respect to Production preferably in FMCG, consumer goods and other related industries.
• Understanding and experience of managing shop floor.
• Leadership / Managerial Attributes:
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
• Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
