Job summary

You will maintain customer data in CRM or Excel, prepare proposals and invoices, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth order execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and clients, follow-ups, on order.
• Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Track sales orders, ensure timely deliveries, and update customers on order status.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports using CRM tools or Excel.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments like logistics, finance, and customer support for smooth order processing.
