Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Client Service Analyst to collaborate with retailers, ensuring timely data delivery and resolution of data discrepancies. You will build strong client relationships, present insights, and support monthly NIQ data platform presentations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work with limited supervision while traveling to meet retailers as needed. Flexible environment offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Nielsen client service experience or equivalent industry exposure.
• Strong analytical capabilities with excellent Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to build relationships internally and with client counterparties.
• Capable of solving problems with limited supervision on complex inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day contacts at the client, contributing to client satisfaction targets
• Build effective relationships with client representatives; travel to meet retailers periodically
• Own and deliver business issue analysis, annual presentations and integrated presentations
• Ideate and own the Thought Leadership output for the industry
• Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries related to databases, data differences, and related deliverables
• Build automated category presentations on NIQ data platforms for monthly insights
• Liaise with operations, technology, and data science to align work with client business issues and timelines
• Broaden knowledge of client issues and NIQ services in the broader industry

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include working closely with the retailer to get timely and correct data week over week and ensure completeness of the data, working closely with the retailer to get new store details, helping operation to solve retailer level queries on incomplete description/ data or price variations.

• Support day to day contacts at the client, contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets
• Build effective relationship with client representatives. Work closely with retailer. Travelling and meeting retailers periodically
• Own and deliver Business issue analysis, Annual Presentations and Integrated presentations.
• Ideate and own the Thought Leadership (TL) output for industry
• Trouble-shoot and resolve client inquiries related to databases, data difference, and other key aspects that impact client deliverables.
• Build automated category presentations on NIQ data platforms that will help to client to access insights at monthly frequency.
• Liaise with other teams as necessary (e.g. operations, technology, and data science) to solve client business questions and inquiries to ensure all work is connected to client business issues and is delivered according to established timelines and in a way that contributes to driving client outcomes.
• Continue to broaden knowledge of client business issues and needs, Nielsen services, and the broader industry.

Qualifications

Good understanding of Tech and durable industry and trends

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent Excel and Power Point Skills
• 1-2 years Nielsen Client Service at Response and/or industry experience
• Good interpersonal skills – ability to develop relationships internally and at the client organization
• Strong problem-solving skills, with gradually declining supervision
• Strong time management skills and prioritization ability, with gradually declining supervision
• Able to respond to inquiries of moderate complexity with almost zero supervision
• Able to respond on enquiries of higher complexity with limited supervision
• Strong storytelling skills, able to take clients through the solutions offered and get their buy-in and satisfaction
• Strong levels of client’s satisfaction achieved acknowledgement from the client on a strong mindset to help them, as well as of the results per se.
