Job summary

Infina Insurance Broking in Mumbai seeks an Insurance Sales Executive responsible for connecting with prospects, understanding requirements, and issuing and servicing policies. You will generate leads by calling clients, promote a range of insurance products, and coordinate with insurers to finalize policies; a 0–2 year track in insurance, telecalling or sales is preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, with a focus on achieving sales targets and lasting client

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Insurance, Tele calling, Sales, or Customer Service with good communication, convincing skills, and knowledge of retail insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by calling prospects and existing clients, understand their insurance requirements, and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
• Promote and sell Health, Travel, Home, Life, Motor, and Personal Accident Insurance products by providing product information, preparing quotations, and coordinating policy issuance with insurance companies.
• Follow up with clients for documentation, payments, renewals, endorsements, and policy-related queries to ensure timely closure and excellent customer service.
• Maintain an accurate client database, ensure regular follow-ups, and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
