Food Ingredient Specialties Private Limited is seeking an experienced candidate to work in our bakery, candy, and beverage flavors application lab located at the factory premises in Chennai. The role focuses on trying and using our company flavors in foods and beverages, and on developing new recipes for product trials.

Ideal applicants are home science graduates with bakery experience, with expertise in baking, candy making and beverage processing.

• R&D experience in food processing industry.
• Chef with bakery/beverage work experience.

• To try/use the flavors manufactured by our company in bakery products like biscuits, cookies, cakes.
• In candies and sweets
• In beverages like milk shakes, juices etc
• Tring new product recipes using our company flavors
• All trials to be made in the application lab located within the factory premises
