Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in India is seeking an Executive - Quality Control with a postgraduate science background for a busy QC lab. The candidate should have at least 7 years of QC experience and be proficient in GLP activities, calibration of instruments such as HPLC, GC, KF, UV, FTIR and polarimeter.

The role requires handling analytical method transfers and validations, working with LIMS and Empower software, and ensuring accurate documentation and deviation reporting.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Science with MSc; at least 7 years of QC experience.
• Experience in GLP activities and instrument calibration.
• Familiarity with LIMS, Empower, and analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Familiarise with GLP activities in the laboratory.
• Calibrate QC instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, UV, FTIR, polarimeter).
• Perform analytical Method Transfers and Method Validations.
• Work with LIMS and Empower software.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and deviation reporting.

The person’s education should be postgraduate in the Science group.

1. The person has to familiarise themselves with all GLP activities in the laboratory.
2. Should know the calibration of all QC instruments like, such as HPLC, GC, water by KF, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, polarimeter, etc.
