Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive - Quality Control to perform chemical and instrument analyses in the Finished and Intermediate wet section, ensuring timely dispatch per schedule.

You will maintain online documentation, monitor data in real time, manage stocks of chemicals and glassware, drive OOS investigations, deviations and CAPA, review SOPs, and train staff on GLP/GMP.

Qualifications

• MSc in a relevant science discipline.
• Experience in QC lab and instrumental analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GLP/GMP and data integrity.
• Experience with SOPs, test procedures and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and instrumentation analysis for in-process, raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Maintain online documentation.
• Manage stocks of chemicals, reagents, glassware and solvents.
• Reduce lab incidences and ensure data integrity.
• Perform real-time data monitoring.
• Handle OOS investigations, deviations and CAPA.
• Review SOPs and test procedures.
• Provide GLP/GMP training to staff.
• Release batches to meet site deadlines.

Finished and Intermediate wet section

• Responsible for performing the chemical and instrumentation analysis for In-process, raw materials, packing materials, intermediates and finished products to meet the dispatch timeline as per the monthly schedule received from PPIC.
• Responsible for maintaining all the documentation online.
• Responsible for maintaining the minimum stocks for chemicals, reagents, glass wares and solvents required for analysis.
• Responsible for reducing the lab incidences, repeat analysis and no Data Integrity issues.
• Responsible for real time data monitoring.
• Responsible for OOS investigations, deviations and CAPA implementations
• Responsible for review of SOP's, test procedures and specifications.
• Responsible for providing the training on GLP/GMP to the employees working the section.
• Responsible for releasing the batches timely manner to achieve the site requirement.
