Job summary

AASWAD FOOD'S in Gujarat invites a quality control analyst to conduct and oversee quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC, GC, UV spectrometry, and other analytical techniques.

You will maintain a GLP-compliant laboratory, develop new methods for analysis, collaborate with production, ensure cGMP compliance, and maintain meticulous records of testing results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrometer.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment by adhering to good laboratory practices (GLP).
• Develop and implement new methods for analyzing samples using chromatography techniques like HPLC and GC.
• Collaborate with production team to resolve issues related to product quality or manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and maintain accurate records of testing results.
