Job summary

• 3–5 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing setups.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Knowledge of Cosmetic cGMP (ISO 22716) and basic FDA requirements; experience with batch documentation review.

Responsibilities

• Perform line clearances, sample collections, and daily quality inspections at manufacturing and packaging sites.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and Certificates of Analysis (COA) for release readiness.
• Log customer complaints, document quality deviations, and assist in RCA and CAPA.
• Monitor daily adherence to ISO 22716 guidelines and internal SOPs across production lines and warehouses.
• Support internal and vendor quality audits and quality documentation archives.

Role Overview

The Executive - Quality Assurance will support day-to-day Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) execution across internal and contract manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform routine shop-floor quality checks, review batch records, support complaint investigations, and ensure that all production runs meet cGMP and brand safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine QA/QC Execution: Perform line clearances, sample collections, and daily quality inspections at manufacturing and packaging sites.
• Batch Record Review: Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and Certificates of Analysis (COA) to ensure specifications are met before product release.
• Deviations & Complaints Support: Log customer complaints, document quality deviations, and assist in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• GMP Compliance: Monitor daily adherence to ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP) guidelines and internal quality SOPs across production lines and warehouses.
• Audit & Stability Assistance: Support internal and vendor quality audits, maintain quality documentation archives, and assist with routine stability testing sample pullouts.

Ideal Candidate Background:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing setups.
• Technical Familiarity: Good working knowledge of Cosmetic cGMP (ISO 22716), basic FDA requirements, and batch documentation review.
