Job summary

Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) invites applications for a QA Line Executive at the Plant. You will oversee line operations, ensure Coca‑Cola quality, perform regular testing and validation, and maintain documentation under QMS/FSSC requirements.

Key responsibilities include equipment operation, sanitation, calibration, and on-time release of products with GMP/ GLP compliance. 3–4 years in beverage/food with SAP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of beverage/food industry experience.
• Experience with GMP/ GLP and FSSC requirements.
• Familiarity with SAP and quality systems documentation.
• Knowledge of statistical process control.
• Calibrations and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate proportioners and automatic inspection equipment.
• Ensure line cleaning, sanitation, and documentation.
• Routine calibration and documentation of measuring equipment.
• Analyze and release intermediate or finished goods meeting Coca‑Cola standards.
• Monitor process capability using statistical control methods.
• Ensure GMP/ GLP/ GHK compliance across lab and operations.
• Implement and document QMS and food safety management systems.
• Analyze market samples and customer complaints; perform root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Validate and verify PRP/ OPRP/ CCP per HACCP/ FSSC.
• Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Monitor consumables and develop trend analysis.
• Develop and follow SOPs per QMS/ FSSC.
• Conduct internal audits of processes.

Job Description:

Objective: Responsible for line operation and analysis with necessary production testing to ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained with respect to Coca-Cola standards for products to be released to the warehouse.

Title: QA Line Executive

Function: Supply Chain - Manufacturing - QA

Work Location: Plant

Job Responsibilities:

• Operation of equipments like proportioners, automatic inspection equipments and its maintenance
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation of the line and equipment and documentation
• Routine calibration and documentation of measuring equipment
• Responsible for on time analysis and release of intermediate or end finished good meeting Coca- Cola standards
• Monitoring process capability of different parameters through statistical control process
• Responsible for ensuring GMP/ GLP/ GHK across lab and operational area
• Implementation and documentation as per the quality management system and food safety management system
• Analysis of market samples, customer complaints and carrying out root cause analysis and implement the corrective action plan
• Validation and verification of PRP/ OPRP/ CCP as per HACCP/ FSSC requirements
• Ensuring safety and environment guidelines as per the company norms
• Monitoring of consumables on the line and developing trend analysis
• Developing and following SOP as per the QMS/ FSSC requirements
• Conducting internal audit of the processes as part of the management system

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in Beverage/Food industry

• Quality Process Compliance: WTP & ETP, Sugar Process- Competent
• Experience/ Exposure in SAP
