Job summary

Walplast Products is seeking a QA/QC professional to handle QA/QC testing of RM, FG, PM, and SF analyses (physical and chemical). The role includes conducting tests such as open time, tensile adhesion strength, slip test, pot life, and setting time, and maintaining test reports and batch traceability for audits.

The candidate will follow SOPs and ensure compliance with BIS/ISO standards, with responsibilities spanning documentation, audits, and calibration records.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in QA QC testing including RM/FG/PM/SF analysis (physical/chemical).
• Familiar with BIS/ISO standards and audit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests such as open time, tensile adhesion strength, slip test, pot life, setting time.
• Prepare and maintain QC test reports, inspection logs, calibration records, and batch traceability for audit.

Role & responsibilities

Must have expereince of Handling QA QC related work ,RM /FG/PM/SF analysis physical /chemical, TA , BJM, Cement, sand etc testing, Documentation, Audits etc

• Conduct tests such as:Open time test,Tensile adhesion strength Slip test ,Pot life , Setting time
• Prepare and maintain QC test reports, inspection logs, calibration records, and batch traceability documentation for audit and ISO purposes.
• Follow and update SOPs for all laboratory testing and ensure compliance with BIS / ISO / standards

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have experience in testing the product RM /FG/PM/SF analysis physical /chemical, Chemical Construction / Admixture analysis.

Conduct tests such as:Open time test,Tensile adhesion strength Slip test ,Pot life , Setting time.
