Job summary

Allans Placement Services is seeking a QC/QA Chemist with 5–10 years of experience to oversee laboratory activities, generate finish goods testing reports, and calibrate all lab instruments. The role involves testing in-process samples, chemical testing, viscosity measurements, and preparing lab sample batches.

The candidate should be proficient with spectrophotometer, UTM, Karl Fischer, GC, pH meter, viscometer and UV instruments, and capable of handling internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry with 5–10 years of QC/QA Chemist experience.
• Experience handling laboratory instruments listed above.

Responsibilities

• Control lab activities independently.
• Prepare finish goods testing reports.
• Prepare calibration reports for all instruments.
• Support internal & external audits.
• Test in-process samples and perform chemical testing, viscosity measurements, and lab batch preparation.
