Job summary

Natural Plant Protection Limited is seeking an experienced QC professional to perform sampling and comprehensive physico-chemical analyses of RM, PM, SFG and FG. You will generate detailed reports, maintain records, manage samples and calibration logs, and support ISO 9001:2015 activities. Strong documentation and teamwork skills are essential to ensure compliance and quality across finished goods.

15+ years? Not specified; however, 13 years in QC is highlighted.

Qualifications

• MSc in Biotechnology or Microbiology and 13 years' QC lab experience.
• Experience in physico-chemical analysis preferred.
• Male candidate only.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and physico-chemical analysis of RM, PM, SFG, and FG.
• Generate analysis reports and maintain laboratory records.
• Manage samples, labels, and sample storage.
• Collect and analyze in-process production samples and report results.
• Verify equipment calibration status and laboratory checklists.
• Conduct online and pre-dispatch inspection of finished goods.
• Analyze regulatory/demo samples as per specified requirements.
• Maintain FG control samples, logbooks, and storage records.
• Conduct shelf-life/stability studies as per SOP.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 and QMS activities, including SOP preparation and documentation.
• Ensure timely updating of logbooks, calibration records, and quality documents.
