Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Purchase Support Executive in Pune, Maharashtra, India with 1–4 years of procurement experience. The role focuses on managing POs, resolving invoice issues, and coordinating with Accounts Payable, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely payments and smooth Procure-to-Pay cycles.

The candidate will work with ERP systems like SAP and SAP Ariba, and should have strong analytical and communication skills to address process gaps and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Production, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–4 years in procurement, purchasing support or P2P operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or SAP Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on open Purchase Orders (POs).
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment and procurement issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Engineering and suppliers to fix bottlenecks.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain order confirmations and delivery updates.
• Review invoice discrepancies related to PO, GR, pricing and quantities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Support Executive with 1-4 years of experience in procurement support and P2P processes. The role involves managing Engineering POs, resolving invoice and payment issues, coordinating with Account payables team and suppliers ensuring timely supplier payments. Strong knowledge of invoice processing, invoice blocking and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on open Purchase Orders (POs) on a regular basis.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment and procurement-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Vendor Master, Procurement, Engineering teams, and suppliers to address process gaps and bottlenecks.
• Utilize SAP, SAP Ariba, Jiffy, and SharePoint to track transactions, identify exceptions, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate tracking reports and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Escalate critical issues and drive corrective actions through to closure.
• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Assist with day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP systems.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain order confirmations, delivery commitments, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate with requestors, warehouse, finance, and vendors to ensure seamless procurement execution.
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies related to PO, Goods Receipt (GR), pricing, and quantity variances.
• Analyze and clear blocked invoices by working closely with suppliers, procurement, and finance teams.
• Support invoice reconciliation and ensure timely payment processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Production, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing support, or P2P operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, SAP Ariba or equivalent.

Highly proficient in English & able to communicate effectively with stakeholders on routine basis

Since the role include to support USA, the associate should have the flexibility to work in 2_nd_ shifts that may range from 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm (IST),to cover up to 1pm CT (subject to change).

Required Skills
