Job summary

Flex in Pune is seeking an Executive - Program Management to support GBS and Site Customer Focus Team, coordinating program management activities across departments and ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing program management, Brazilian Portuguese, and experience with ERP tools like Baan or SAP; proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Bachelor degree in Engineering / Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience from Manufacturing Industry in Program Management Domain.
• Knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese language.
• Strong understanding of program management concepts and lifecycle.
• Experience with ERP tools (Baan/SAP) and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on program management reports within the offshore GBS Center and Site Customer Focus Team.
• Oversee and coordinate program activities with all inter-departments to ensure deliverables are met.
• Handle confidential and critical data with accuracy and discretion.
• Track metrics and drive actions based on results within GBS and site teams.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery of services.
• Maintain documentation across project life cycle and support New Product Introduction/Development.

Job Summary

GBS program Management vertical support Program Manager's, by virtual customer focus team member to support program management activities.

What a typical day looks like:

Coordinate and follow up on several program management reports within offshore Center (Global Business Services - GBS) & Site Customer Focus Team.

Oversee/ Coordinates program activities with all inter-departments ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to agreed deliverable.

Handles data of a highly confidential and critical in nature.

Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results within GBS / SITE Customer Focus Team.

Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills & Customer Management Skill.

Lead and drive the activities and ensure timely accurate delivery of our services.

Good with documentation skills at various stages of Program.

Excellent understanding on Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction / New Product Development / different phases of Product life cycle

Basic understanding /knowhow on the financial terms/ INCO Terms and its impact on the Profit & Loss on the business

Excellent understanding on customer focus team role in managing the customer

Hands on experience on using the ERP tool like BaaN/ SAP for PM role.

Flexible to work on weekends based on site requirements.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Graduate or Bachelor degree from Engineering / Management or equivalent

Minimum 3-5 years' experience from Manufacturing Industry in Program Management Domain

Should have a knowledge in Brazilian Portuguese language.

Excellent understanding on Program Management concepts, Claims Management / AR Management / Order Management phases of Product life cycle

Basic understanding /know how on the financial terms/ INCO Terms and its impact on the Profit & Loss on the business

Excellent understanding on customer focus team role in managing the customer.

Hands on experience on using the ERP tools like Baan for PM role.

Excellent knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, Power Point etc.

Knowledge of MS -Project will be added advantage

Basic understanding on office Automation or automation through Excel will be added advantage
