Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an Executive - Quality Control to ensure cGMP-compliant QC testing, method transfers, and robust data integrity across laboratory processes. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and timely reporting of quality events.

The position involves preparing standards and reagents, maintaining lab records, and ensuring compliance with GLP/GMP for ongoing and new projects within a CDMO environment.

Qualifications

• Responsible for cGMP-compliant QC testing and data integrity.
• Perform method transfer/validation/verification for new projects.
• Prepare and standardize solutions and reagents as required.
• Concurrent documentation of analytical records and storage of raw data.
• Implement GLP/GMP requirements and maintain QC laboratory records.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finished products, in-process materials, and related documentation per cGMP.
• Handle method transfer/validation/verification for new projects.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and instrument usage logs.
• Manage vendor approval samples and ensure GLP/GMP compliance.

Analysis of Finished products, In-process, Hold time, Raw Materials, stability, and related documentation as per cGMP.2. Analytical Method transfer/Validation/Verification activity for new Projects.3. Preparation and Standardization of volumetric solutions/ Reagents/ Indicator solution preparation as and when required.4. Concurrent documentation of analytical records and storage of raw data, online entries in Instrument/ Equipment’s usage logbooks.5. Analysis of Vendor Approval samples.6. Implementation of GLP / GMP requirements.7. To control and maintain QC Laboratory Records. (Like Laboratory, notebook, Chromatograms, and COA etc.).
