Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an Executive Level N in Production. The role requires a B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

You will ensure production processes are followed, manage raw material additions, and perform SAP transactions with a focus on batch records and quality documentation. You will also update environmental and quality records, report progress, plan shifts, deploy operators, and monitor batch progress.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in production.
• Knowledge of SAP for batch records and material transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to production processes per procedures.
• Manage raw material additions per batch requirements.

• Ensure proper shift charging and processing per plan.

• Fill shift reports and update operator efficiency records.
• Log equipment breakdowns in SAP.
• Conduct daily sectional rounds.
• Ensure consumables availability and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain shop floor and equipment hygiene.

Job Title: Executive Level N - Production
Department: Production : M.SC/ B.SC in Chemistry
Previous Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience

Job role -

• Ensure adherence to Production process as per laid down procedures and instructions
• Ensure Raw Material additions as per the batch requirements
• Carry out required transactions and process records in SAP
• Update Environmental and Quality Records regularly
• Report to Superiors on progress of the Plan/Production details and other issues within the Section.
• Plan shift activities with respect to manpower, machine, batches, etc.
• Deploy operators in every shift and ensure batch charging/processing as per planning schedule.
• Ensure all in-process checks are carried as per process guidelines
• Fill up the shift report at the end of the shift and update efficiency records for all the operators in the shift.
• Capture all equipment breakdowns in SAP
• Take daily sectional round.
• Plan for availability of consumables; raise requisition for consumables from stores monitor the stocks levels in section.
• Ensure proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene.
