Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking an Executive-Production to support shift production activities at our manufacturing facilities in India. You will ensure materials readiness, proper batch documentation, and compliance with GMP and safety standards while coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to train operators on SOPs, and proactive reporting of unsafe conditions to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• BS in Science or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• To follow-up the instruction of Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities.
• Maintain the logbook as per shift activities.
• Ensure all the raw materials are kept ready for the batches and all batch sheets are filled properly.
• Planning and execution of shift related activities during batch execution.
• To ensure online documentation during batch execution as well as on daily basis.
• To conduct SOP training for the operating personnel on regular basis to understand the standard operating procedure and importance of GMP.
• Coordinate with Engineers for the completing the maintenance job in time.
• Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to Manager-Production.
