The role is responsible for providing strategic support, operational coordination and project management expertise to the CEO's office and the broader executive team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the CEO's office and driving the execution of key initiatives and priorities.
Job Description
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive support role, preferably within a complex organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision and goals into actionable plans.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in using AI, productivity tools, project management software, and presentation software.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the Head Strategy and key business leaders to develop and execute the strategic vision and goals of the organization. Provide guidance and support in aligning business strategies with operational activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and monitoring progress towards key objectives. Ensure performance visibility & provide leadership decision support.
- Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO's office. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive effective project governance.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO's office, including, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and handling confidential and sensitive information. Conduct research and analysis and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Act as a central point of contact and liaison between the CEO's office and other departments or stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate communication, decision-making and information flow across the organization. Streamline operational processes and drive improvement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Execution Governance: Establishment of robust governance rhythm (reviews, dashboards, escalation mechanisms) across clusters, ensuring timely decision-making, accountability, value realization tracking and closure of action plans, driving alignment across functions (manufacturing, SCM, finance, commercial, others) to remove execution barriers, own governance and delivery of key strategic programs
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by developing change management strategies, communication plans, and training materials. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of changes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, clients, and partners. Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and events as required.
