Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with vendors to obtain purchase order acknowledgments.
• Confirm pricing, delivery dates, quantities, and order details.
• Monitor open purchase orders and expedite delayed shipments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate PO status updates in ERP/Excel.
• Communicate supply risks and support timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and vendor follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (CSD preferred).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
