UPL Limited is seeking an Executive/Analyst/Specialist for OTC Global & India Operations in Pune. The role focuses on cash application, reconciliation, and order-to-cash processes, with responsibility for daily cash receipts, dispute resolution, and reporting.

The position requires a B.Com degree and strong communication, MS Excel proficiency, and experience with SAP. It involves collaboration with multiple departments and adherence to SLAs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is B. Com.
• Well versed with Project Management Methodologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts, including cheque and ACH payments, and unidentified/unapplied payments.
• Ensure timely processing of customer deductions and payments with independent decision making.
• Prepare daily and ad-hoc reports within SLAs.
• Audit daily cash postings to reduce errors and support RCA for quality purposes.
• Handle Dunning, legal notices, and insurance claims related tasks.
• Manage aging reports, security deposits, and monthly Dr notes.
• Coordinate with RCM/Depot/HO for legal cases and follow ups.

Responsibilities

• Cash Application
• Efficiently process daily cash receipts, including Cheque payments, ACH payments and on account payments.
• Research and resolve unidentified &Unapplied payments.
• Responsible for timely processing of customer deductions and payments through independent decision making
• Prepares daily and ad-hoc reporting within agreed SLAs
• Audit daily cash posting to reduce the team errors and support them to solve their queries and help to prepare RCA for quality purpose
• Dunning Letter, Legal Notice,
• Debtors Ageing Report
• Legal cases Selection, Legal Data Prepration, Legal Cheque collection from MDM team and writing, Follow up with RCM/Depot/HO, Filing Legal Case
• Insurance Claim - Monetary Claim and Active Cases (MIS submission to insurance company), Insurance Claim - Upload documents, Insurnace Claim - Final physical document submission, Insurance Claim - Follow up/ E mail Response
• Security deposit / Cr.balance refund - Closure of Customer
• Channel Finance / Monthly Dr note
