Job summary

UPL in Pune, India, is seeking an Executive/Analyst/Specialist- OTC Global & India Operations to manage cash application, receipts processing, and aging reports. You will resolve unapplied payments, process deductions timely, and generate routine and ad-hoc reports within defined SLAs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accurate data management, and collaboration with RCM/Depot/HO teams. This is an on-site position in Pune with opportunity to impact global and local OTC operations.

• Well versed with Project Management Methodologies.
• Strong communication skills – written & oral.
• Minimum qualification: B. Com.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts, including cheque, ACH and on-account payments.
• Research and resolve unidentified and unapplied payments.
• Ensure timely processing of customer deductions and payments with independent decision making.
• Prepare daily and ad-hoc reporting within SLAs.
• Audit daily cash postings to reduce errors and support RCA for quality.
• Prepare dunning letters and legal notices; manage Debtors Ageing Report.
• Coordinate legal data prep and follow-ups with RCM/Depot/HO; filing legal cases.

Responsibilities

• Cash Application
• Efficiently process daily cash receipts, including Cheque payments, ACH payments and on account payments.
• Research and resolve unidentified &Unapplied payments.
• Responsible for timely processing of customer deductions and payments through independent decision making
• Prepares daily and ad-hoc reporting within agreed SLAs
• Audit daily cash posting to reduce the team errors and support them to solve their queries and help to prepare RCA for quality purpose
• Dunning Letter, Legal Notice,
• Debtors Ageing Report
• Legal cases Selection, Legal Data Prepration, Legal Cheque collection from MDM team and writing, Follow up with RCM/Depot/HO, Filing Legal Case
• Insurance Claim - Monetary Claim and Active Cases (MIS submission to insurance company), Insurance Claim - Upload documents, Insurnace Claim - Final physical document submission, Insurance Claim - Follow up/ E mail Response
• Security deposit / Cr.balance refund - Closure of Customer
• Channel Finance / Monthly Dr note
