Job summary

Biophore is seeking a Project Management / Formulation R&D-OSD/Injectable professional to lead R&D projects from inception through dossier filing. The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders and partners to define responsibilities, timelines, and critical milestones.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in Formulation PM/PMO and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across RA, Tech Pack, and DMF teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Formulation PM/PMO.
• Strong coordination with internal stakeholders & partners.
• Experience handling project initiation, planning, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage R&D projects from kickoff to dossier filing.
• Plan and initiate projects with micro milestones aligned to overall timelines.
• Coordinate logistics for API, IMP, WS, and RS with Alliance teams.
• Collaborate with API, PSD, GC/RID, RA, Tech Pack, and DMF for formulation teams.

• Manage the R&D projects with Internal stakeholders & partners from project Kick off to dossier filing .
• Project Initiation & Planning
• Job role and provide all the critical activities to be performed, prepare micro plan for very major milestone based on project plan and ensure timely.
• Follow ups for the logistic (API,IMP,WS,RS) requirements for projects under development and validation with Alliance team.
• Coordination with API Team availability PSD,GC/RID.
• Co-ordination with RA Team and Tech Pack and DMF for Formulation Team.
• Should be work 3- 5 Yrs Exp in Formulation PM/PMO
