• Stability study design and ICH-compliant data interpretation skills.
• Quality by Design (QbD) implementation experience.
• IP strategy integration and patent landscape evaluation abilities.
• Regulatory submission preparation and CMC knowledge.
• Strong team leadership, project management, and scientific communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end formulation development from preformulation through pilot-scale production.
• Design formulation strategies informed by literature, patent analysis, and competitive benchmarks.
• Analyze preformulation and stability data to identify risks and optimize formulations.
• Embed IP strategy into development by generating patentable concepts.
• Prepare technical documentation including stability protocols and Master Formula Records.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with analytical, quality, production, and marketing teams.

You will direct end-to-end formulation development from preformulation through pilot-scale production, collaborating across analytical, quality, production, and marketing teams to bring differentiated products to market.
