Job summary

BDR Pharmaceuticals in India seeks a proactive Project Manager to oversee pharmaceutical product lifecycle initiatives and cross-functional programmes.

You will own milestones, coordinate with multiple departments, and report progress to senior management to ensure on-time delivery and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Product Life Cycle.
• Cross-functional coordination with multiple departments (F&D, RA, QA, QC, Clinical, Operations, IPR, BD, Supply Chain, API R&D, API Operations).
• Ability to plan, track, and control milestones and budgets.
• Experience in providing regular updates to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Product Life Cycle.
• Coordinate with F&D, RA, QA, QC, Clinical, Operations and others.
• Own projects and ensure delivery within timeline and budget.
• Plan, track, and follow-up milestones across projects.
• Provide updates to senior management at defined frequencies.
• Ensure key milestones are delivered on time.
• Manage formulations including Oral Solid Dosage, Injectables, NDDS and API.
• Serve as SPOC for project activities, timelines and budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge & Exposure of Pharmaceutical Product Life Cycle
• Cross-Functional Co-ordination with all the departments- F&D, ADL, RA, QA, QC, Clinical, Operations, IPR, BD, Supply Chain, API R&D, API Operations
• Taking ownership of the Project and able to manage the Projects/Tasks allocated within timeline & budget
• Plan, Track, Control & Follow-up of each Milestone Activities of the Projects
• Providing the update to Senior Management as per defined frequency
• Ensuring all Key Milestones are delivered as per expected Timelines
• Able to Manage the all types of Formulations- Oral Solid Dosage Forms, Injectable, NDDS & API
• SPOC for the Project Activities/Timeline/Budget
