Role focuses on customer interactions, support, and operations across multiple branches, contributing to service excellence and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Handle walk-in customers for Forex-related services.
• Assist customers with currency exchange, Forex cards, and remittance queries.
• Explain Forex rates, documentation requirements, and procedures clearly.
