Job summary

StayVista is seeking an on-site Maintenance Executive in Alibaug to manage day-to-day electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil work, ensuring smooth facility operations through hands-on expertise. The role requires an ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC and 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality.

Your Role

As an Executive at StayVista , you will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance and repair activities across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general civil work. The role requires hands‑on expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all facility operations.

• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all facility operations through hands‑on expertise and strong problem‑solving skills
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or technician roles
• Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or facility management is preferred
• Locally based in Alibaug with good knowledge of the area.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment repairs.
• Maintain strong local vendor and technician connections.
• Assist with vendor coordination and management.
• Be flexible with working hours for urgent maintenance requirements.
• Two-wheeler/bike is mandatory for local travel.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

• Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or facility management (e.g., safety or compliance certifications) would be a strong added advantage .
