Job summary

Rafaga Infoknowledge is seeking a finance operations associate based in Pune to handle acceptance, time stamping, and verification of applications. The role requires scrutiny of forms, handling walk-in queries, and ensuring quality checks for smooth disbursement and cheque banking processes.

Ideal candidates will hold BCom and MBA in Finance with experience in mutual funds and banking, plus NISM certification. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BCom and MBA in Finance are required.
• Experience in Mutual Fund Operations and knowledge of Mutual Funds essential.
• Industry experience in Banking and Mutual Funds, Asset Management preferred.
• NISM course completed.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance and time stamping of applications.
• Handle walk-in clients for queries and complaints.
• Scrutiny and quality checks on application forms.
• Complete standard verification from clients/distributors.
• Handle cheque banking processes.
