Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a field-oriented outreach coordinator to mobilize students for skill development programs. You will conduct field visits, build community relationships, and guide youth and parents about training and placement opportunities.

The role requires strong Hindi communication, basic English, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work in community settings and coordinate with trainers for batch fulfillment and admissions support.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based reporting.

• Ability to counsel and guide youth regarding career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, community outreach activities, and awareness campaigns for student mobilization.
• Identify and mobilize eligible candidates for skill development training programs.
• Build relationships with local communities, NGOs, schools, colleges, corporators, and community leaders.
• Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents regarding training and placement opportunities.
• Organize mobilization activities such as rallies, pamphlet distribution, door-to-door visits, auto campaigns, and community meetings.
• Maintain daily field activity reports, enquiry records, follow-up data, and mobilization MIS.
• Coordinate with trainers and center team to ensure batch fulfillment and student retention.
• Support admission process, documentation, and student onboarding activities.
• Follow-up with interested candidates through calls and visits for conversion into admissions.
• Assist in organizing job fairs, placement drives, and center events whenever required.
