Executive – Marketing (Creative/Digital)

Location: Pune, India

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing and communication initiatives that enhance the organisation’s brand visibility and support business objectives. The role involves creating engaging digital and visual content, managing online platforms, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Qualifications and key competencies:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a Related Field.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Graphic design skills, including social media creatives, branding assets, and marketing collateral.
• Video creation and editing skills for both short-form and long-form content.
• Strong understanding of visual identity, branding principles, and brand consistency.
• Solid understanding of digital and online marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of the financial services sector/Global Business segment would be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop creative visual assets including social media graphics, branding materials, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing including email marketing (MailChimp).
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Create, manage and maintain the social medias’ page of JTH Group.
• Assist in creation of marketing materials [Artwork, Guide, Presentation, Memo, Proposal, informative materials] for social media and web pages and for the Group.
• Create and manage marketing event such as webinars, podcast, live event.
• Ensure that all communications, digital marketing channels and marketing materials abide to brand guidelines.
• Develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
• Any other cognate duties as assigned by the reporting line.
