Job summary

Wellbeing Nutrition in Mumbai, India is seeking an Inventory Associate to maintain stock records, monitor inward and outward movement, and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to keep stock operations seamless.

You will generate daily to monthly reports, perform cycle counts, identify obsolete stock, investigate discrepancies, and support audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.
• Monitor and track inward and outward movement of materials across the warehouse and production units.
• Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliation and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures to minimize stock variances.
• Support inventory audits and maintain proper documentation of all stock transactions.
• Assist in optimizing inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
