Job summary

Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries in Gujarat, India is seeking an Executive Instrumentation in the Engineering department to lead on-site instrumentation maintenance and project modifications.

Requirements: BE Instrumentation & Control or above, 4–7 years of experience in dyes/chemical sectors; permanent role, rotation shifts; male.

Responsibilities include managing on-site installations, maintenance of DCS/PLC, ensuring ISO 9001 and OHSAS18001 compliance, and leading technicians.

Qualifications

• BE Instrumentation & Control or above with 4–7 years of experience.
• Experience in maintenance of DCS/PLC systems.
• Shall be able to lead a team of Technicians and manage shift.
• Shall have worked in chemical/fertilizer/petrochemical/dyes company in maintenance department.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site installations, maintenance of field instruments and suggest improvement actions after RCA.
• Shall have on hand experience on maintenance of DCS/ PLC systems.
• Shall be able to manage modifications, project executions.
• To ensure compliance to legal requirements.
• To ensure IMS system maintained as per ISO 9001 and OHSAS18001.
