Job summary

EY in Mumbai is seeking an Executive-Operations-HR-CBS - TAL - Enablement to support PF compliance, payroll relationships, and governance with internal stakeholders and vendors.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate PF contributions, UAN data, and timely filings, while driving process improvements and SOPs in collaboration with Payroll and HR Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR operations experience
• Experience with PF compliance and related filings

Responsibilities

• Manage PF compliance activities and ensure timely filings with stakeholders and vendors.
• Analyse PF operational trends and prepare dashboards, MIS reports and governance reviews.
• Drive closure of high-priority employee escalations related to PF, EPS and pension.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives and SOPs for PF operations.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR Operations and vendor teams for accurate deductions and remittances.

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

• Manage PF compliance activities and ensure timely statutory filings in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Analyse PF operational trends and prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and governance reviews to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. Drive closure of high-priority employee escalations related to PF, EPS and pension within defined SLAs. Conduct periodic audits and data validations to ensure accuracy of PF records, contributions, UAN details, and KYC information. Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for PF operations. Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, and vendor teams to ensure accurate PF deductions, remittances, and statutory compliance. Maintain governance trackers and provide periodic updates to management on ageing cases, compliance risks, and operational performance.
