Job summary

Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping department, ensuring top cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will oversee guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and the laundry/dry-cleaning operations in alignment with Hyatt’s brand standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a hospitality management degree or diploma and have 2+ years of experience as Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal

• Minimum 2 years as Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
