Job summary

Wipro is seeking a self-driven Logistics Compliance professional in Hyderabad to manage customs and compliance through self-clearance with authorities. You will work with cross-functional teams on import/export transactions, ERP data management, and audits.

You will need strong knowledge of STPI, SEZ & FTP related statutory compliance, and the ability to liaise with internal partners to ensure timely shipping documentation and minimize delays.

The incumbent must be self-driven and must have strong partner and client management skills, should be an independent team player, handling customs and compliance through self-clearance with respective authorities.

He/she must have an ability to understand STPI, SEZ & FTP related statutory compliance. With strong knowledge in supply chain & logistics management & documentation related acumen.

Experience in handling Import, export transactions, MIS & data management through ERP, handling Internal & External audit.

The employee needs to possess learnability, team spirit.

Well versed in process measures with reference to Customs ACT 1962 & Tariff Act 1975 Should have updates on Customs Notifications, Customs Policy and Circulars. Customs Documentation: Should be well versed in Ice gate (e-com portal of Central Board of Excise and Customs & NDSL) flow level of customs process measures.

Rep capable to handle Customs clearance self to measures TAT w.r.t day today activities and clearance plan.

Handling exposure of STPI, SEZ Approvals & Customs Liaison undertakings, freight management. Import - Export shipment handling, component sales customs shipment process, courier shipment handling, Manage the day-to-day MIS review with tracker records/like Ariba/SAP/People soft Communicate with internal partners to ensure

proper shipping documentation is made available to Customs clearance in a timely manner to minimize shipment delays. Work closely with Int’l stake holders to ensure shipments are prepared in a timely manner, to minimize the risk of shipment delays. Assist with periodic reviews and audits of Customs activities import and export filings. Perform all other related duties as assigned

Good knowledge & Experience on PPT & Excel.

Sound knowledge & Experience on Logistics inbound and Outbound freight.

Good analytical skills on freight management, Cost saving measures on preferred mode of delivery.
