Job summary

LANXESS is seeking a logistics professional in India to monitor transportation execution, coordinate with carriers, and ensure data integrity in SAP TM. The role focuses on tracking milestones, improving shipment visibility, and supporting KPI reporting.

With 2–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, you will contribute to process stabilization and continuous improvement in execution monitoring within a global specialty chemicals group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities; experience with transportation tracking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transportation execution activities and identify operational exceptions, delays, or milestones.
• Execute transportation tracking follow-up with carriers, planners, and logistics providers.
• Perform data quality checks and support correction of missing transportation data in SAP TM.
• Coordinate escalations between carriers, planners, business teams and control tower.
• Support reporting, KPI tracking, and operational transparency initiatives.
• Contribute to process stabilization and continuous improvement in execution monitoring.

• Execute transportation tracking follow-up activities with carriers, planners, and logistics providers to improve shipment visibility and milestone updates

• Special Skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience with transportation tracking and operational follow-up preferred
