Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive in a Forex Cashier role for Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad branches to join our team.

You will open the cash counter, process currency exchanges and remittances, manage denominations, verify IDs, and ensure AML/KYC compliance while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open cash counter by verifying vault, ensuring currency stock, setting up workstation, and updating exchange rates.
• Process currency exchanges, forex cards, and remittances, verifying IDs and logging transactions per AML/KYC regulations.
• Manage cash flow, maintain denominations, replenish currency, and monitor inventory as per retail/delivery orders.
• Assist customers with exchange rate inquiries, transaction limits, and complaints, escalating issues as needed.
• Close counter by reconciling transactions, tallying cash, securing vault, and preparing day-end and other reports.
• Any other tasks associated with cash management, reporting, inventory and operations.
