1. Job Purpose

To manage and oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations within a corporate workplace, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer service, safety, and operational efficiency. The role involves managing cafeteria operations, vendors, employees, and client expectations.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cafeteria and food service operations at the corporate facility.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, taste, and service.
• Monitor food preparation, serving, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, food safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with food vendors, catering partners, and suppliers.
• Monitor food inventory, consumption, wastage, and cost control.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely service during breakfast, lunch, snacks, and special events.
• Conduct regular kitchen and cafeteria inspections.
• Manage manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and execute corporate events, special catering, and festive food arrangements.
• Prepare operational reports, vendor performance reports, and MIS.

3. Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Food & Beverage Operations.
• Relevant certification in Food Safety and Hygiene will be an advantage.
