Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Product Manager to help build our Legal and Risk Data products on our Google Cloud BigQuery platform in Hyderabad. You will analyze data, design data models, and work with business leaders, end users and data engineers to deliver trusted data products with governance and security at the core.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will analyse data from our legal and risk platforms and design logical and conceptual data models that deliver meaningful insights for business stakeholders. Working closely with business leaders, end users, and data engineers, you will develop high-quality data products by embedding robust documentation, governance, and quality controls throughout the data lifecycle. You will champion data security, privacy, and ethical data practices while ensuring solutions are intuitive, trusted, and aligned to user needs.

What You Offer

• Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, data modelling, and data integration concepts.
• Experience working with modern data platforms and delivering high-quality data products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and governance tools (e.g., Collibra).
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to learn new technologies and align data initiatives to business needs; experience with legal and risk systems in a global financial institution is advantageous.
