Job summary

Macquarie Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Vice President in Fund Management in India. You will focus on fund accounting, investor and regulatory reporting, and review of financial statements.

You will also oversee monthly and quarterly reports, provide analysis, and respond to queries from internal and external parties. You will liaise with stakeholders globally, work in a virtual team, and drive accuracy in reporting while supporting a broader asset management function.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate accounting qualification such as CA or CPA.
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience with strong background in financial accounting and reporting services.
• Deep understanding of IFRS with emphasis on banking industry.Reporting requirements.
• Ability to work in a virtual global team and manage cross-border relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally if required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver updated reporting, analysis, and commentary for fund management and client services.
• Review and approve financial statements and conduct variance analysis.
• Liaise with stakeholders and oversee monthly and quarterly reports for accuracy.

In this role, you will be focusing on fund accounting and reporting, covering investor, financial and regulatory aspects for fund structures.
