Vantive is a dedicated organ therapy company focused on extending lives through digital solutions and care services. We seek a corporate secretarial professional to manage board meetings, minutes, and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance across RBI, GST, and related authorities.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping, coordination with multiple committees, and effective banking and accounting support to support our governance and operations in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Experience with board meetings, committees and AGM processes.
• Knowledge of statutory filings and corporate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate board and committee meetings and follow up on action points.
• Draft Minutes Book for Board, Committees and Members Meetings.
• Update statutory registers and file forms with the ROC (KYC, MSME, annual filings).
• Handle RBI filings (FC-GPR, FLA, ESOP) as required.
• Ensure GST and withholding tax compliances.
• Manage banking activities and related accounting tasks.

• 1 Preparation and Conducting board meetings, committees, and member meetings (AGMs/EGMS) and follow up on action points.
• 2. Drafting of Minutes Book (Board, Committees and Members Meeting)
• 3. Updation of Statutory Registers Drafting and Filing of forms with Registrar of Companies (KYC, MSME Filing, Annual Filing, DPT 3 any other filing as per event triggered)
• 4. RBI Compliances (Filing FC-GPR, FLA Return, ESOP any other as per event based)
• 5. GST and Withholding tax compliances
• 6. Patient accounting
• 7. Banking Activities
