Job summary

Panacea Biotec Ltd in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India, seeks a responsible engineer to operate and maintain HVAC and water systems, including Purified Water generation, WFI, and Pure Steam.

You will execute qualification activities, prepare documents, ensure cGMP compliance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and support the Head of Engineering with timely, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC and water systems.
• Knowledge of qualification activities for water and HVAC systems.
• Ability to maintain cgmp documents and logbooks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC and utilities equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with user departments.
• Provide technical assistance to engineers and technicians.
• Maintain operation/maintenance logbooks and records.
• Monitor spare parts consumption and inventory.
• Aim for zero accidents; ensure audit compliance.
• Support qualification activities for water and HVAC systems.
• Prepare requisitions for logbooks and formats.
• Execute tasks assigned by Head of Department.

Job Summary

Responsible for operation and Maintenance of HVAC System & Water System (Purified Water Generation & Distribution System, WFI Generation & Distribution system, Pure Steam Generation). Required document preparation and execution of Qualification activity of water System & HVAC system.

Reporting To (Designation) Head of Engineering Department / Designee

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for operation and maintenance of HVAC & all Utilities Equipment’s i.e. including Pre Treatment (Softener), RO, EDI, Purified Water generation & distribution system, Pure steam generation system, WFI Generation & Distribution system and Air Handling Unit.
2. Responsible for communicating with user departments for area clearance and ensuring timely execution of Preventive maintenance, handling of break downs of different equipment’s, qualification activity related to HVAC & Water system with all respective documentation.
3. Providing technical assistance to other engineers, technicians on HVAC & water system related issues.
4. Responsible for checking of Operation/Maintenance logbooks/Record related to HVAC system, Water system and other Engineering Equipment’s.
5. Responsible for monitoring consumption of spare parts and maintaining critical inventory related to HVAC system and water system.
6. Ensure zero Accident / incident in factory premises.
7. 100% Audit compliances by maintaining all cGMP documents and logbook as per respective SOPs.
8. Responsible to provide support in qualification activities of water system & HVAC system.
9. Responsible for requisition of logbooks or format issuance.
10. Responsible to execute all other activities assigned by HOD.
