Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an Executive - E&M to oversee day-to-day API plant maintenance, modifications, and HVAC upkeep. The role requires an ITI with Diploma and 8+ years’ hands-on experience in maintenance, with a solid grounding in GMP and safety practices.

You will coordinate with production to address maintenance issues, document work orders, ensure safe working conditions, and support SHE initiatives. On-site deployment and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• ITI with Diploma, 8+ years experience in API plant maintenance, modification works, HVAC maintenance.
• Knowledge of GMP, Safety, Good Engineering Practices.

Responsibilities

• To look after day-to-day maintenance of equipment and operations
• Coordination with Production Officers to solve maintenance/utility problems.
• Delegation of work as per planning to attend breakdowns.
• Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
• Follow and complete user requirements as per SOPs.
• Work distribution and attending delegated jobs with all required permits
• Ensure completion of breakdowns, planned jobs and cross verification.
• Ensure safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
• Monitor PPE usage and maintain cleanliness.
• Preventive maintenance of all equipment as per schedules.
• Act as SHE core Team member (identify team members).
• Report incidents/accidents/near misses to superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions and acts and report.
• In absence of seniors, perform their duties.
• Check equipment health and rectify.

• Act as SHE core Team members (HOD to identify the SHE Core Team Members).
• Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
