This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Doctor Coordination: Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival.


• Doctor Operations: Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.


• Doctor Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors.


• Doctor Counselling: Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.


• Doctor Payouts: Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.


• Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between the PCS and doctor teams, ensuring effective information exchange.
