Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a Debt Management Specialist to manage and coordinate recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. The role involves visiting customers and agencies to achieve collections targets and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.

You will monitor performance, maintain records, provide regular reports, handle escalations, and develop strategies to improve collection rates while managing risk and vendor relationships.

• Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
• Case to Case tracking
• Resolution at per AOP with in agreed timelines
• Portfolio Management
