Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited in India is seeking a Debt Management Specialist to manage and coordinate the recovery of overdue loan payments. You will lead collections efforts, monitor performance, ensure compliance with legal guidelines, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

You will develop strategies to improve collection rates, manage daily risk reporting, and coordinate with internal and external clients to achieve targets and ensure timely resolutions.
