Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited in India is seeking a Debt Management Specialist to coordinate the recovery of overdue payments on loans and credit accounts.

You will lead collections activities, monitor performance against targets, ensure compliance with legal guidelines during repossessions, and maintain meticulous records and reports. The role also involves developing strategies to improve recovery rates and coordinating with internal and external clients to achieve portfolio goals.
