Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited seeks a Debt Management Specialist to manage and coordinate the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. The role includes visiting customers/agencies to achieve collections targets and monitoring performance against defined parameters.

The incumbent will ensure compliance with legal guidelines during repossession, maintain accurate records, provide regular reports, handle escalations, and contribute to risk and portfolio management.
