Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited in Rajasthan is seeking a Debt Management Specialist to coordinate the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. You will visit customers or agencies to achieve collections targets and monitor performance against set parameters.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with legal guidelines during repossession, maintain accurate records, provide regular reports, handle escalations, and support risk management and portfolio strategies.
