Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a Debt Management Specialist in Karnataka to lead recovery efforts on overdue loan accounts. You will coordinate collections, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with legal guidelines while repossessing products.

You will maintain records, generate reports, manage risk and vendor relationships, and drive strategies to improve recovery rates with a focus on timely resolutions and target achievement.
